Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees apply and are added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
What is the delivery time for my orders?
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here take 5-12 business days. Deliveries overseas can take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
It couldn't be easier! Just add the tracking number you received by email, then go to the TRACK YOUR ORDER section (click here) in the main menu. Copy and paste the tracking number, and that's it :)
How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. If you experience a delay in processing your order or sending your tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Discount codes cannot be combined.
Where are your products shipped from?
We have warehouses in US/EU/UK. We provide international shipping for other regions. For more details, please check our shipping policy . We will do our best to ensure that everyone around the world can receive our beloved products. For bulky items, if you are from a region not mentioned above, please contact customer service.
What is the delivery time?
Most local shipments to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union will be delivered within 5-12 days: Express Shipping (DPD, DHL, UPS) 1-3 business days. International Shipping (Royal Mail, DPD, USPS) 12-20 business days. For more details, please see our shipping policy.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
We can update your shipping address as long as you contact us with your new address before your order is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped to the new address, but we will do our best. Please make sure to provide the correct address when placing your order to avoid any problems.
What should I do if my order says it has been delivered but I haven't received it yet?
Sometimes the carrier will scan the delivery package before the package is released for delivery. Please allow an additional day for the carrier to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order after one day, you can file a claim directly with the carrier or contact our customer service team with any additional questions or concerns.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours for assistance. We can cancel the order if it has not been shipped. If the package has been delivered, please make sure the product is in good condition and return it to us. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
