Purpose of the T&Cs
The T&Cs are applicable exclusively to the online sale of JOOVEA products on the Joovea.com website (hereinafter the website), which is open to all.
Scope of application of the General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern online sales contracts for JOOVEA products (hereinafter professional seller) to buyers with the status of consumers (hereinafter consumers) and, together with the online order, constitute the contractual documents binding on the parties, to the exclusion of all other documents, prospectuses, catalogues or photographs of the products which have only an indicative value.
The T&Cs apply exclusively to products delivered to consumers established in France and internationally.
The T&Cs are written, as well as all contractual information mentioned on the site, in French.
Availability and enforceability of the T&Cs
The T&Cs are made directly available to consumers on the seller's website. The T&Cs are binding on the consumer who acknowledges, by checking a box provided for this purpose, having read and accepted them before placing an order.
Validation of the order by its confirmation constitutes acceptance by the buyer of the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of the order, the conservation and reproduction of which are ensured by the professional seller in accordance with article 1127-2 of the Civil Code (former C. civ., art. 1369-4).
Modification of the T&Cs

The professional seller reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time.
In the event of modification of the General Terms and Conditions, the applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order, a copy of which dated on that date may be provided to the consumer upon request.
Terms and Conditions Clauses
The invalidity of a contractual clause does not entail the invalidity of the General Terms and Conditions. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the General Terms and Conditions by the professional seller cannot be considered a waiver on its part of the other clauses of the General Terms and Conditions which continue to produce their effects.
Features
The products for sale presented in the catalog published on the site are each the subject of a description mentioning their essential characteristics within the meaning of article L. 111-1 of the consumer code.
The photographs illustrating the products do not constitute a contractual document.
Use of products
The site offers for sale products for performing treatments. These products are intended for individuals only.
JOOVEA cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the products sold on its site or by failure to comply with the precautions for use.
Compliance
The products comply with the requirements in force relating to the safety and health of people, the fairness of commercial transactions and consumer protection at the time they are placed on the market. The products comply with the requirements of French law in force at the time they are placed on the market.
Stock availability
Products are offered and delivered within the limits of available stocks.
If the product ordered is unavailable, the seller will immediately inform the buyer and may offer a product of equivalent quality and price or, failing that, a voucher for the amount of the order that can be used for any future order.
In the event of disagreement by the buyer, the seller will reimburse the sums paid within 30 working days.
Apart from the reimbursement of the price of the unavailable product, the seller is not liable for any cancellation compensation, unless the non-performance of the contract is personally attributable to him.

The products sold on the site cannot be resold without the written consent of the company JOOVEA.

Selling price
The sales prices, in accordance with Article L. 112-1 of the Consumer Code, are indicated, for each of the products appearing in the electronic catalogue, in euros including all taxes, excluding delivery and transport costs mentioned before validation of the order and invoiced in addition.
The total amount owed by the consumer is indicated on the order confirmation page.
The sale price of the product is that in effect on the day of the order.
The sale price of the products does not include shipping costs charged in addition to the price.
In the event of a price promotion, the professional seller undertakes to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the period of advertising for the promotion.
Modification
The professional seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the consumer the application of the price in effect on the day of the order.
Costs
Additional transport, delivery or postage costs (to which must be added any other costs borne by the seller), which the customer may have been aware of before ordering, are set out on the order form.
Archiving and proof
The archiving of communications, purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in order to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1360 of the Civil Code (former C. civ., art. 1348). These communications, purchase orders and invoices may be produced as proof of the contract.
PAYMENT
Due date
The price is payable in full after confirmation of the order. Payment is made immediately upon ordering by credit card or Paypal.
Payment security
The site is equipped with an online payment security system that allows the consumer to encrypt the transmission of their banking data via the electronic payment server of the secure payment platform. At no time will the consumer's banking data pass through the JOOVEA computer system.
DELIVERY
Delivery means the transfer to the consumer of physical possession of the good.

Under normal conditions, the professional seller will process the order as soon as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. JOOVEA undertakes to ship orders within 24 working hours following validation of the order and subject to available stocks.

The prepared order will be delivered to La Poste or its subsidiaries (Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.) or to Mondial Relay, at the customer's choice, for delivery within 2 to 3 days in Metropolitan France or Belgium.
Orders to foreign countries will also be shipped by La Poste or its subsidiaries and delivered by their local partner. Delivery times vary depending on the region or country of delivery.
Orders validated before noon are processed the same day and delivered by La Poste to the address indicated. After 12 noon, delivery will be made in the evening of the next working day. In the event of delivery being impossible due to the customer, JOOVEA cannot be held liable.
In order to facilitate the delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer agrees to make the necessary efforts to enable the delivery of the package: name visible on the mailbox, transmission of the digital code, telephone number.
Delay in delivery
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 5 working days, the customer must inform JOOVEA customer service, which will implement the necessary and appropriate actions.
Delivery location
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
Product compliance
If the product does not comply with the order, the consumer must send a complaint to the professional seller with a view to obtaining the replacement of the product or possibly the resolution of the sale.
Transfer of ownership
From the delivery date indicated in the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer, except in the case where full payment of the price has not been collected upon ordering.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund, with the exception of return costs which remain his responsibility.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised with our customer service directly from our website in the "Contact us" section. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (for example, by email).
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, allowing them to be resold as new. Any product opened or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted.
In the event of withdrawal, JOOVEA will reimburse all payments received. Either by re-crediting the consumer's bank card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer depending on the method of payment for the order.
JOOVEA may defer reimbursement until receipt and verification of the products.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
JOOVEA processes consumer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
JOOVEA cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of its products.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact the company's customer service by email contact@joovea.com in order to attempt to resolve this dispute informally.
APPLICABLE LAW
This contract and the General Terms and Conditions governing it are subject to French law.
